O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“...to issue a Writ, Order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, particularly, the 1st respondent Finance Department, in not releasing and paying the total bills amount of Rs.54,43,220/- in respect of 5 token numbers ie. (1) No.2523140581, 2523140618 and 2523140607 for the bill amount of Rs.1,09,460/- Rs.9,74,064/- and Rs.10,85,280/- and thereafter 2 token numbers No.2523140589 and 2523343547 for the bill amount of Rs.14,09,520/-, Rs.17,64,896, thus the total amount of Rs.53,43,220/- inspite of issuing cheques/token numbers and sending the same to the Finance Department by the PAO is as illegal and arbitrary and violates Article 19, 21 and 300(A) of Constitution of India and consequently declare that the petitioner is entitled for the total amounts with interest @ 14% p.a. from the date of due till the date of realization in the interest of justice and to pass....”
