ORAL ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the order dated 22.01.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1970 of 2024 in C.C.No.13832 of 2021 by the learned XIV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad.

The brief facts, in nutshell, are that the petitioner filed a petition under Section 6(2)(f) of the Passport Act, 1967 before the trial Court, vide Crl.M.P.No.1970 of 2024, seeking issuance of a ‘No Objection’ for renewal of her passport bearing No.L6477708 for a period of ten years in regular course, in accordance with the notification of the Central Government dated 25.08.1993, issued vide G.S.R.570(E). The trial Court, upon hearing both sides, dismissed the said petition vide order dated 22.01.2025, holding that a similar application with identical prayer was earlier filed by the petitioner vide Crl.M.P.No.1359 of 2023, which was also dismissed on 31.07.2023 after due consideration of the counter and upon hearing both parties.
