ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.04.2025 for the supply of gunny bags for the Telangana State Civil Supplies Corporation forthwith and to call for tenders for the supply of gunny bags.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondent No.1 and Sri K. Devender, learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Civil Supplies Corporation, appearing for respondents No.2 and 3.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 has filed a memo dated 17.04.2025 enclosing therewith the copy of the e- tender notice dated 15.04.2025 for supply of 7.00 Crore serviceable old 50 Kg gunnies to be delivered at various buffer godowns/MLS points/PPCs of TSCSCL in the Districts of Telangana State for packaging of paddy during the Rabi season of KMS 2024-25.

4. In view of the same, it is noticed that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and therefore, no orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
