This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s application, dated 27.04.2022 seeking for grant of financial aid under the Chief Minister Relief Fund (CMRF), as illegal, arbitrary and consequently, prayed for other appropriate reliefs. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that she belongs to Scheduled Caste community and working as labourer in Katkoor Village, Akkenapeta Mandal, Siddipet District. It is further case of the petitioner that she has been suffering from severe gynecological problems and initially she took treatment at various hospitals in Siddipet and when her condition did not improve, she was referred to Hyderabad for better treatment and she got admitted in Ferty9 Fertility Center, Marredpally, Secunderabad, and incurred an expenditure of about Rs.5,00,000/- for treatment, by borrowing amount as hand loans from friends and relatives.
