ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking following prayer:

“...questioning the action of the Respondents in dispossessing the Petitioner herein from the lands admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0-17 gts., in Sy.No.329 respectively situated at Gudur Village, Bibinagar Mandal, Nalgonda District under the guise of the Road Widening of National Highway No.202 leading from Hyderabad to Warangal without paying any compensation as contemplated under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 hereinafter referred to as the Act, 2013 as arbitrary, illegal, unfair, unjust and violative of Articles 14 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to pay the fair compensation as contemplated under the mandatory provisions of the Act, 2013...”

2. The brief facts of the case are that originally late Smt.P.Chaya Devi purchased land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.1-00 gts., in Sy.No.329 for a valuable consideration from its owner under a registered sale deed vide Doc.No.2688 of 1995 dated 24.05.1995. Under the same doc
