ORDER

Questioning the inaction of respondent No.2 in considering the recommendation proposal vide Lr.No.C/702/2020 dated 01.02.2025 submitted by respondent No.3 for approving/sanctioning the Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R) benefits/amounts to the petitioners who are declared as missing Project Displaced Families as per the report vide Lr.No.B/777/2017 dated 30.01.2025 submitted by respondent No.3 in respect of the Improvement of Thotapally Minor Irrigation Tank online Reservoir at Laddabanda, Siddipet District till this date and consequently direct respondent No.2 to approve/sanction the Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R) benefits to the petitioners, the present writ petition is filed.

2. It is the case of the petitioners that petitioner No.1 is the only daughter to her parents and petitioner Nos.2 to 4 are her major sons. While so, in the year 2017, the Executive Engineer, IFFCC LMD Colony, Karimnagar has addressed a requisition letter dated 25.09.2017 to revenue authorities for acquisition of lands in Laddabanda, Dacharam Village, Siddipet District for submergence of Thotapally MI Tank Online Reservoir
