O R D E R
Though notice is taken out to respondent No.4, the same is returned with postal endorsement ‘insufficient address’. However, having regard to the manner of disposal of writ petition and the nature of lis involved, this Court is of the view that the matter can be proceeded with, without having the audience of the said respondent.
2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondent Nos.1 to 3, and with the consent of learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal, at admission stage.
3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the 3rd respondent is summoning the petitioner to the police station on daily basis in connection with Cr.No.365/2024, dt.08.11.2024, and threatening the petitioner to settle the disputes with the 4th respondent, without filing final report, which action of the respondents it is contended as highly illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of Articles
14, 21 & 300A of the Constitution of India.
