JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by Insurance Company, aggrieved by the order and decree dated 20.03.2019 in O.P.No.167 of 2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-Cum-Principal District Judge, Mahabubnagar (for short “the Tribunal”) granting a compensation of Rs.20,00,000/-.

2. For convenience and clarity, the parties herein are referred to as they were arrayed before the Tribunal.

3. The case of the petitioners before the Tribunal is that on 19.10.2015 in the midnight Ramesh and another were proceeding towards Hyderabad from Shabad in a Bolero vehicle bearing registration No.AP-29V-5438 with a load of carrot. On the way, when they reached near Thimmapur Village, the rear side tyre bursted. So Ramesh and Mahender got down from the vehicle and they were attending to replacement of punctured tyre and in the meantime, a lorry bearing registration No.KA01- C-3058 coming from Shadnagar side and proceeding towards Hyderabad, hit against the bolero, as a result of which Ramesh and Mahender received severe bleeding injuries.
