ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not entering the name of the petitioner in the Online portal and not issuing the Pattedar Passbook in favour of the petitioner, with respect to the land of the petitioner in Survey No.418/AA/2 to an extent of Ac.0-20 Gts. situated at Tangatur Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State as illegal, improper, arbitrary, unjust, violative of principles of natural justice, violative of articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to enter the name of the petitioner in the Online portal and issue the Pattedar Passbook in favour of the petitioner, with respect to the land of the petitioner in Survey No.418/AA/2 to an extent of Ac.0-20 Gts. situated at Tangatur Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State by considering the application
