ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner herein prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 in non-considering the F-Line Application through vide No.DER022200860350, dated 07.11.2022 of the Petitioner and non-initiating to conduct the Survey and Demarcation in the land of the Petitioner to an extent of land Ac.3.32 Gts, in Survey No.20/6/1, which is situated at Chinthapally Village, Peddavoora Mandal, Nalgonda District and non- initiating to fix the boundaries to the land of the Petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14, 15, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and also violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 to consider F-Line Application through vide No.DER022200860350, dated 07.11.2022 of the Petitioner and conduct the survey and demarcation in the land of the Petitioner to an extent of Ac.3.32 Gts, in Su
