ORDER :

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 20.09.2024 in I.A.No.1026 of 2023 in Original Suit No.4 of 2023 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District (for short, ‘the impugned order’)

2. Heard Mr. Vadeendra Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner herein is defendant No.10 in the above suit filed by respondent Nos.2 to 4 (plaintiffs) herein.

4. Vide the impugned order, the Trial Court has allowed the petition which was filed by the respondent / proposed defendant No.12 under Order 1 Rule 10 read with Rule 28 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 praying the Court for impleadment as defendant No.12 in the suit.

5. Initially, the suit was filed by respondent Nos.2 to 4 (plaintiffs) seeking for partition and separate possession to the parties to the suit, i.e., the plaintiffs and defendants, who claim to be legal heirs of the original owner, i.e., Mr. Turab Ali; and to declare the alleged sale deed bearing Document No.254/1978, dated 24.04.1978 (25.04.1978) as null and
