2. Heard learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and perused the record.

3. Having regard to the nature of lis involved and the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.

4. The case of the petitioner as set out in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition is that that though, the respondent authorities have registered a case vide Cr.No.497/2024 dated 28-10-2024 wherein the petitioner herein is arrayed as Accused No.2, the respondent authorities are not following the procedure contemplated under Section 35(3) Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS") and also the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar, (2014) 8 SCC 273
