O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“… to issue appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly, a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the Impugned Notification/Notice in Rc.No.A1/5849/2017, dated 30-01-2018, of the 3^rd respondent Dy. Commissioner, Endowments, Hyderabad, in Calling for the applications from interested persons for Constitution of Non-Hereditary Trust board, of 5th respondent subject temple i.e., Sri Shiva Mahadeva Swamy Temple, Lingojigudem Village, Choutuppal Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District, as illegal, void, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to the law, in violation of the provisions of Telangana Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, and orders/circulars of the department, consequently to set-aside the same as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and pass such other and further orders …”

2. Heard Mr.Sudarshan Reddy Duddugunta, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Mangilal Naik, learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Endowments as per Section 17(2) of the Telangana Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (for short, “the Act”), every trustee appointed under Section 15 of the Act shall hold office for a term of one year from the date of taking oath of office and secrecy. In the case on hand, the stipulated period of one year is completed and hence, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss this

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes to the said request.

5. Recording the submissions of both the learned counsel, this Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
