O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“… to issue appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly, a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the Impugned Notification/Notice in Rc.No.A1/5849/2017, dated 30-01-2018, of the 3rd respondent Dy. Commissioner, Endowments, Hyderabad, in Calling for the applications from interested persons for Constitution of Non-Hereditary Trust board, of 5th respondent subject temple i.e., Sri Shiva Mahadeva Swamy Temple, Lingojigudem Village, Choutuppal Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District, as illegal, void, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to the law, in violation of the provisions of Telangana Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, and orders/circulars of the department, consequently to set-aside the same as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and pass such other and further orders …”
