ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:

“WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents particularly respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not paying the compensation under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 for acquiring petitioner’s lands admeasuring Ac.0-16 Gts., in Sy.No.303/C with poultry farm and Ac.0-1050 Gts., in Sy.No.284/A/1/1 situated at Shayampet H Village, Geesugonda Mandal, Warangal District, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14 21 and 300A of Constitution of India, apart from violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner’s land admeasuring Ac.0-16 Gts., in Sy.No.303/C with poultry farm and Ac.0-1050 Gts., in Sy.No.284/A/1/1 situated at Shayampet H Village, Geesugonda Mandal, Warangal District by considering the petitioners representation dated 28/08/2024.”

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. Perused the record.

3. In view of the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself, dispensing with notice to respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 28.08.2024 to respondent No.4 mentioning the grievance of the petitioner pertaining to non-payment of compensation for lands admeasuring Ac.0-16 Gts., in Sy.No.303/C with poultry farm and Ac.0-1050 Gts., in Sy.No.284/A/1/1 situated at Shayampet H Village, Geesugonda Mandal, Warangal District acquired by the Revenue authorities and respondent No.5 and requested to pay the compensation for the aforesaid lands under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.4, petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.

5. Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submitted that respondent No.4 will dispose of the representation dated 28.08.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Recording the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either side and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to dispose the representation dated 28.08.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
