ORDER:

Heard Sri J.M.Naidu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I I appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1 and Sri M.V.R.Reddy, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2.

2. The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under:

“…to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2^nd respondent in not sanction and release the Special Grade Increments on completion of 6 years and 12 years apart from annual grade increments for the years 2008 to 2010 by considering the representation dated 12.08.2020 in spite of legal notice dated 8.11.2020 is illegal arbitrary and violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2^nd respondent to consider the representation dated 12.08.2020 of the petitioner for grant of 6 years and 12 years Special Grade Increments apart from annual increments for the years 2008 to 2010 and pass…”
