In view of the consensus arrived at by the learned counsel for the parties, while affirming the impugned orders of the learned Single Judge, as agreed, we deem it proper to hold that the relief granted to the writ petitioners shall be applicable to the extent of the land claimed by them in their writ petitions.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the writ appeals are disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
