ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioners are challenging the action of the respondents No.4 and 5 in interfering with the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property i.e., the land in Survey No.628 to an extent of Ac.7.05 gunts, situated at Phanigiri Village, Nagaram Mandal, Suryapet District, as illegal, arbitrary and to pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Agriculture and Cooperation appearing for the respondents No.4 and 5 has forwarded the copy of instructions received by him stating that the respondents No.4 and 5 are not interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners property and that the writ petition is filed on mere apprehension.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that the same may be recorded and the respondents be directed to follow due process of law if they require land of the petitioners for any public purposes and the writ petition be closed accordingly.
