COMMON ORDER:

The subject issue and the parties involved in both the writ petitions are one and the same. Therefore, both the writ petitions are taken up for hearing together and being disposed of by way of this common order, taking W.P.No.20589 of 2024 as leading case.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.5 and perused the material on record.

the petitioners filed the present writ petition declaring the action of the respondents in including the patta land in Sy.No.97/83 to an extent of Ac.3-26 ½ guntas situated at Kyathanpally, Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial District, in the list of prohibited properties thereby, refusing to receive, register and release the document presented by the petitioners in respect of the Plot No.110 in the absence of any stay or injunction from a competent Civil Court as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Registration Act, 1908 as well as orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.31365 of

2022.
