ORDER
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘the BNSS’) by the petitioners to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.1053 of 2024 on the file of Jeedimetla Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 108, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘the BNS’).
2. Heard Sri K.B.Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Arun Kumar Doddla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 – State. Perused the record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners firstly submitted that petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are parents of accused No.1 and petitioner No.3 is the sister of accused No.1. He secondly submitted that the petitioners are residing separately from accused No.1 and his wife i.e., the deceased. He thirdly submitted that the petitioners, who are residents of Srikakulam and Vizianagaram Districts, implicated in the case with false and fabricated allegations only to harass the petitioners. He lastly submitted that the petitioners are going to file anticipatory bail petition as there is threat of apprehension to them. Hence, he prayed the Court
