ORDER

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.1.13 guntas in Sy.No.208/1/3, situated at Dwarakunta Village, Kodada Mandal, Suryapet District, having succeeded the same after the death of her husband by name K.Krishnaiah. It is further stated that the name of the petitioner was mutated in all the revenue records and pattadar passbook and title deed bearing No.T29090100793 vide Khata No.1339 was issued in her favour under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2020 (for short “the Act 9 of 2020”). It is further stated that though the petitioner’s husband name was recorded as pattadar for the land to an extent of Ac.1.13 guntas, pattadar passbook has been issued in her favour only for the extent of Ac.1.03 guntas instead of Ac.1.13 guntas and therefore, she submitted online application, dated 04.03.2025 seeking for passbook data correction and consequential issuance of amended pattadar passbook. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receipt of the said application, the respondent authorities did not consider the same.
