This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 6, seeking anticipatory bail under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), in connection with Crime No.684 of 2024 on the file of Station House Officer, A.J.Mills Colony Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 351(2) and 316(5) r/w 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).

2. Heard Mr. P.Devender, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 6 and Mr. Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 6 submits that accused Nos.2 and 4 in the aforesaid crime have approached this Court and filed Crl.P.No.2973 of 2025 for grant of anticipatory bail and the said case was disposed of by this Court on 03.03.2025, directing the investigating officer to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of BNSS and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar, 1(2014) 8 SCC 273

4. Learned counsel further submits that the alle
