None appears for the petitioner.
2. Heard learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4, and perused the record.
3. Having regard to the nature of lis involved and the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition at the admission stage, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondents is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.
4. The case of the petitioner as set out in the Writ Affidavit in brief is that, though she has approached the respondent authorities in particular the 4th respondent authority and submitted complaints dated 22-02-2024 and 01-03-2024 against respondent Nos.5 to 8 herein, no action is taken thereon by registering an FIR, which action of the respondent authorities, it is contended as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unreasonable, contrary to law and unconstitutional.
5. Per contra, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that insofar as non- registration of FIR is concerned, the petitioner is required to avail the remedies provided under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023
