This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:- “… to issue an order, writ, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 1 to 4 in not submitting the accounts of Sri Ujjaini Mahakali Temple, Secunderabad to the State Audit Department for auditing of the accounts for the period from 2012-13 to 2014-2015 and in nor complying with the audit objections of the state audit department for the years 2007-2010 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, discriminatory and opposed to public policy and that the inaction of the respondents 1 & 2 in not suspending the fourth respondent by invoking the A.P. Executive Officers Disciplinary (Control & Appeal) Rules 1997, in view of the grave and severe allegations of corruption and legal proceedings pending against the fourth respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and to pass such other order or orders …”
