O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:- “… to issue an order, writ, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 1 to 4 in not submitting the accounts of Sri Ujjaini Mahakali Temple, Secunderabad to the State Audit Department for auditing of the accounts for the period from 2012-13 to 2014-2015 and in nor complying with the audit objections of the state audit department for the years 2007-2010 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, discriminatory and opposed to public policy and that the inaction of the respondents 1 & 2 in not suspending the fourth respondent by invoking the A.P. Executive Officers Disciplinary (Control & Appeal) Rules 1997, in view of the grave and severe allegations of corruption and legal proceedings pending against the fourth respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and to pass such other order or orders …”

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr.Mangilal Naik, learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5.

Learned Government Pleader for Endowments submits that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication as the connected matter to the present Writ Petition i.e., W.P.No.11740 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 09.04.2025 passed by this Court. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss this Writ Petition.

4. Recording the submissions of learned Government Pleader for Endowments, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
