The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by petitioner/respondent, seeking quashment of the dismissal order dated 27.10.2023 in Criminal Revision Petition No.05 of 2022 (old number Crl.R.P.No.3/2022) passed by the learned Principle District & Sessions Judge, Nagarkurnool, Nagarkurnool District (for short, the appellate Court) and also seeking quashment of the order dated 04.03.2022 in M.C.No.10 of 2012 passed by the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Kalwakurthy, Nagarkurnool District (for short, the trial Court)
