O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.1763 of 2022 dated 23.09.2022 on the file of the Station House Officer, Cyber Crime Police Station, Hyderabad for the offences punishable under Section 66 of IT Act and 509 of I.P.C.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State.

3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, by filing the copy of e-Courts proceedings, submits that the subject crime is referred as ‘undetected’ vide S.R.No.3533 of 2024 dated 26.03.2024 on the file of the learned XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss this Criminal Petition as infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and taking the copy of e-Courts proceedings onto the file, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is granted liberty to work out the remedies as available under law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
