With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“...to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents 2 to 3 to provide electricity connection LT supply to 1No 3-Ph 49KW Non-Domestic Load Connection to the Residential Building in Plot No.11, in Survey No.104, admeasuring 190 Sq. Yards, situated at Nanakramguda (V), GHMC Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy District, T.S., bounded by North: Neighbour’s Land; South: 25’ Wide Road; East: Plot No.10; West: Plot No.12. Without insisting upon occupancy certificate from the 4th respondent by holding that the refusal to provide electricity connection to the above referred premises is illegal and arbitrary and pass...”
