ORDER:
Heard Sri C.Raja Shekar Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri K.Bala Krishna, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.3.
2. The petitioner approached this Court seeking the prayer as under:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order of direction, preferably one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus and to declare the in action of the respondents are not forwarding the pension and pensionary benefits proposals of the petitioner with all relevant documents which is pending before the 2nd respondent and the same is not forwarding to the 3rd respondent and the same is enabling the petitioner to get her pension and pensionary benefits, the said action of the respondents is highly illegal arbitrary, unreasonable, discriminatory and also in violation of principles of natural justice and also in violation of Articles 14, 16 & 21 of the Constitution of India and declare the same as bad-in- law and consequently direct the respondents to forward the proposals of pension and pension
