In this petition, the petitioner is challenging the order, dated

29.12.2017 passed by the II Additional Junior Civil Judge-Cum-X Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally in P.R.C. No. 5 of 2014. By the impugned order, Non-

Bailable Warrants were issued against the petitioner.

2. Heard Sri K.Muralidhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rudresh Deshpande, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 – State. Perused the record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is not aware about the institution of the present case and no summons was served against him, he could not appear before the trial Court. Hence, he prayed the Court to set aside the order dated

29.12.2017 by recalling N.B.Ws. issued against the petitioner.
