Aggrieved by the interlocutory order dated 28.03.2025 passed in O.A.No.1144 of 2018 by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short ‘Tribunal’), the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard Sri M.Srikanth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India appearing for the 1st respondent and Sri Bharatiya Sudarshan, learned Standing Counsel for NIRD and PR appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3. It is the case of the petitioners that initially, they were appointed as Project Staff on tenure basis during 1995 and that their tenure was extended from time to time. However, in terms of standing order No.816 of 2018, dated 24.01.2018, the services of the petitioners were sought to be discontinued. In those set of circumstances, the petitioners have approached the Tribunal by filing O.A.No.1144 of 2018. The Tribunal vide interim order dated 20.11.2018 directed the respondents to continue the petitioners in service for a period of six weeks. However, when the matter was listed
