ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to set aside the notice bearing No.B/711/2024, dated 27.03.2025 issued by respondent No.4, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and for other appropriate reliefs.

2. It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0.20 guntas in Sy.No.54/4/Lu3/2, situated at Malkapahad Village, Jilled Chowdergudem Mandal, Rangareddy District, having purchased the same through the registered sale deed bearing document No.1396 of 2023, dated 13.08.2023. It is further stated that the name of peititoner is reflected in all the revenue records as pattadar and the revenue authorities also issued pattadar passbook bearing No.T05050140407 vide Khata No.60304 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2020. It is further stated that due to financial constraints the petitioner intended to sell the subject property and when the document was presented for registration, the same was refused by respondent No.4 vide endorsement No.B/711/2024, dated 02.11.2024 on the ground that the subject land of the petition
