ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 4 in Crime No.88 of 2025 on the file of Devarakonda Police Station, Nalgonda registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109 and 126(2) r/w 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’).

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 19.03.2025, the de-facto complainant filed a complaint stating that she and A1 were married on 04.07.2021 and have a daughter. Due to ongoing family disputes, she has been living with her parents for two years. Several failed mediations occurred, and in the first week of March, a quarrel between her father and A1 led to a case being filed against her father in Devarakonda.
