ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to supply the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop bearing No.3606040 at Gunjapadugu Village, Manthani Mandal, Peddapalli District on the ground that the proceedings under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (for short, ‘the Act’) have been concluded and the appeal under Section 6-C of the Act is pending before the competent Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the authorization of the petitioner is in force and therefore, the petitioner is entitled to supply of essential commodities dehors the pendency of the proceedings under Section 6-A of the Act or the appeal under Section 6-C of the Act.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, on instructions, submitted that the proceedings under Section 6-A of the Act have been concluded and the stock of the petitioner’s fair price shop has been attached to another fair price shop and the appeal preferred by the petitioner under Section 6-C of the Act is also pending.
