ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“….to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the petitioner's Legal Notice-cum- Representation Dt.04-01-2025, with regard to the payment of Rs.41,19,983/- (Forty One Lakhs Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Three Rupees only) due to the petitioner herein for works done by the petitioner in Pursuance to the Agreement Bond No.78/TSM/SIDC/2015-2016 Dt.26/3/2016, vide Tender Notice No.9/TSM/SIDC/15-16 Dt. 12/11/15, as illegal and arbitrary action on the part of the 2nd respondent and also violative of Article 14, 16, 19 & 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct respondent No.2 to consider the Legal Notice-cum- Representation dt.04-01-2025 an amount of Rs.41,19,983/- and release the said amount forthwith to the petitioner and to pass such other order(s) as this Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.…”
