ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
2. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent No.2 in refusing to receive and register the sale deed dated 05.03.2025 presented by the petitioner in respect of the open plot No.28 admeasuring 500 sq. yards of the petitioner’s vendor Nos.1 and 2, open plot No.29 admeasuring 500 sq. yards of the petitioner’s vendor No.3, petitioner’s vendor Nos.4 and 5 and open plot No.31 admeasuring 500 sq. yards of the petitioner’s vendor Nos.6 Sy.Nos.103/42/6/5, 103/42/6/1, 103/42/6/2, situated at Sri Manapura Meadows near Dharmagiri, Shamshabad Village and Municipality, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
3. The Assistant Government Pleader has stated that the respondents will follow due procedure contemplated under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 (for short, ‘the Act, 1908’).
4. The Section 71 of the Act reads as follows:
