ORAL ORDER:

Challenging the decree and judgment dated 30.06.2006 passed in O.S.No.22 of 1997 by the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, the present appeal suit is filed.

2. Heard Sri A. Pulla Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, and Sri R.A. Chary, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant and the respondents that, during the pendency of the present appeal suit, the parties have arrived at a compromise.

4. Vide order dated 01.04.2025, this Court directed the parties, along with their respective counsel, to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report.

5. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the parties, i.e., the appellant and respondent Nos.2 and 4, appeared before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee. The Secretary identified the parties and submitted a report dated 03.04.2025, which has been placed on record. However, respondent Nos.3 and 5 were not identified. In support of their comprom
