JUDGMENT:

This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed aggrieved by the order dated 27.10.2011 passed in W.C.No.1 of 2006 F on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation and Deputy Commissioner of Labour at Nizamabad.

2. Heard Mr. A. Chandra Shekar, learned counsel for appellants, Mr. Shaila D, learned counsel representing Mr. N. Mukunda Reddy, learned counsel for respondents.

3. Appellants are Opposite Party Nos.1 to 3 (Northern Power Distribution Company Limited (NPDCL)) and respondents are the applicants before the Commissioner. Applicants are wife and children of the deceased workman, (Devasari Pochanna) was aged 25 years, working as Electrician in NPDCL, engaged by appellants (NPDCL) at Aloor Village under AAE Operation, Degaon. On 19.04.2005 at 9:20 A.M., while the deceased was attending electrical work at Transformer No.34/SS repairing AB Switch, he died of shock on the Transformer. A case in Crime No.82 of 2005 was registered, Inquest and Post Mortem of the deceased was conducted by duty Doctor at Government Hospital, Armoor.
