THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE J. SREENIVAS RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4468 of 2025

ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘BNSS’) seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused in Crime No.512 of 2024 of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304 (II) of Indian Penal Code (for short ‘IPC’).

2. The case of prosecution in brief is that on 30.04.2024 the Police of Madhapur Police Station received a call from police control room at approximately 00-42 hours stating that a male person was found unconscious and bleeding from the head at Road No.14, Siddiquenagar, Madhapur and upon them police reached the spot and found an unknown person in unconscious state with head injuries. It is also said that they have admitted him in Area Hospital, Kondapur for treatment and later he was shifted to Osmania Hospital and on 03.05.2024 he died while undergoing treatment. Basing on the same, the present crime was registered.
