THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2020 and not initiating action against the illegal brick industry by the respondent No.5 without taking any permissions from the concerned authorities as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Industries and Commerce. In spite of service of notice, none appears for the respondent No.5.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of lapse of more than four (4) years, the respondent authorities have not filed any counter denying the averments made in the writ petition and requested to direct the respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Industries and Commerce, on instructions, submits that on verification of approvals in the TG-iPASS online portal, as of today, it is found that ALB bricks Proprietor Achanna Ailaiah ie., respondent No.5, has not obtained the mandatory CEF and CFO approvals required to operate the brick kiln and they will take appropriate action.

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the respondent No.2 will consider the 6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

7. Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
