ORDER:
This contempt case is filed to punish the respondent for contempt of Court in willfully not implementing the orders passed in Writ Petition No.28424 of 2023 dated 17.10.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the learned Additional Advocate General placed a copy of the account statement and informs that the compensation amount has been paid to the petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court dated 17.10.2023 in Writ Petition No.28424 of 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner reports that an amount of Rs.17,76,880/- was credited to the account of the petitioner on 07.02.2025 and in view of the same submits that orders has been complied and no further orders are required.
4. In view of the above, it is clear that the respondent has considered the case of the petitioner and the orders dated 17.10.2023 are complied. Hence, thee Contempt Case is closed.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
