ORDER :

The instant Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the Order dated 11.02.2025 in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.697 of 2016 passed by the VI Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at Kukatpally (for short, ‘the impugned order’)

2. Heard Mr.Adesh Varma, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner herein is defendant No.3 in the above suit. Initially, the suit, O.S.No.697 of 2016 was filed by the respondent No.1/ plaintiff under Section 26 Order VII Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908 praying the Trial Court to declare the respondent No.1 / plaintiff as owner of the suit schedule property and for other consequential reliefs.

4. Though the suit was filed in the year 2016, the petitioner / defendant No.3 upon receiving notice entered appearance and filed Written Statement as early as on 01.12.2016. After a lapse of more than six years and that too after proceedings in the suit have progressed substantially, the petitioner / defendant No.3 has filed the above I.A., i.e., I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.697 of 2016 under Orde
