ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.123 of 2025 on the file of Uppal Police Station, Rachakonda registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 335, 336, 338 and 340(2) r/w 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’).

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 25.01.2025, the de-facto complainant lodged a complaint stating that she is the absolute owner and peaceful possessor of plot in Baba Nagar Colony, Uppal Kalan. She purchased the said plot in the year 1993 and since then she is in possession of the plot. However, on January 6, 2025, her neighbors informed her that some people were measuring the plot, claiming to be the owners. The complainant later discovered that the petitioners along with other accused had created fake documents, including death certificate and family member certificate to support their claim. Basing on the same, Crime No.123 of 2025 was registered.
