COMMON ORDER:
These contempt cases are filed to punish the contemnors/respondents under Section 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Court Act for having deliberately, willfully flouted and violated the orders dated 24.01.2025 passed in Writ Petition Nos.1926, 1923, 1903 & 1929 of 2025.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development placed instructions copy addressed by the District Veterinary & Animal Husbandry Officer, Nalgonda regarding the payment made to the Sheep supplied under SRDS Phase-II. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that orders were complied by the office of District Veterinary & Animal Husbandry, Nalgonda and also submitted that no further orders are required in these contempt cases.
3. In view of the above, it is clear that the respondents have considered the case of the petitioners and the orders dated
24.01.2025 are complied. Hence, these Contempt Cases are closed.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
