ORDER

Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 & 8, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing and disposal at admission stage.

2. Having regard to the manner of disposal of the Writ Petition and the nature of lis involved, this Court is of the view that notice to unofficial respondent(s) is not necessary for adjudication of the present Writ Petition.

3. A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition shows that the petitioner is neither aggrieved personally nor affected by the alleged incident for him to file the present Writ Petition invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed with costs.

himself offers to pay an amount of Rs.5,000/- to the High Court Advocates Library instead of this Court imposing costs. The gesture is appreciated. However, seeks for grant of liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies open to her in law.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty as sought for. No costs.

7. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
