ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

to issue writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioners in the posts of work inspectors (Technical and non technical) respectively thought they are working since more than 10 years on 10.01.2006 as illegal and arbitrary and further direct the respondents to regularize the petitioners’ in the posts of work inspectors (Technical and Non Technical) respectively.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners. No representation for respondents. Perused the record.

3. It is stated that during the pendency of the writ petition, petitioner No.1 died and he is retired from service and initially counsel for petitioners filed copy of G.Os and stated that who have completed five years of service were regularized and the petitioners were appointed after the speaking order and stated that they have completed more than 20 years. It is further stated that the case of Bhupati Venkat Rao was considered as per the order dated 31.12.2024 in W.P.No.221 of

2022.

4. As the petitioner completed more than 20 years of service, this Court finds it just and reasonable to direct the respondents to consider the regularization of petitioner No.2 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
