ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in trying to take coercive steps against the agricultural lands of the petitioner in pursuance of the demand notice dated 04.01.2025 even though the petitioner submitted the explanation on 10.01.2025 as arbitrary and illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the explanation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2025 and to pass such other order or orders. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to make the payment of the principal of the loan amount and with regard to the interest and penal interest, the petitioner is seeking stay of the demand notice dated 04.01.2025 till the respondents consider the explanation submitted by him on 10.01.2025.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Cooperation submitted that the petitioner is due to pay the amount of Rs.5,04,195/- as on

31.03.2025 payable to the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society Limited, Aloor, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
