COMMON ORDER:
Since the issue involved in both the writ petitions is one and the same, they are heard together and being disposed of by way of this common order.
2. W.P.No.34314 of 2022 is filed seeking following relief: “For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit the petitioner prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the high handed action of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 in demolishing the part of Compound Wall of the petitioner School on the north and east side of Compound Wall under the pressure of Sri B.Aravind Kumar on 28.08.2022 at 11.30 a.m., and further threatening to demolish the balance Compound wall at any time, though the petitioner has purchased by way of Regd. Sale deed in the year 1964 covered by Survey No.128/1, H.No.1-1-1, situated at C.C.I.Road, Tandur Municipality, Vikarabad District, based on the impugned Notice File No.B/821/2022 dated 23.08.2022, which is arbitrary, bad and illegal, unconstitutional, irrational, without jurisdiction, violation of principles of natural justice and violation of Article 14
