This Criminal Appeal is filed by the appellants/accused Nos.2 and 3, aggrieved by the judgment dated 08.08.2019, in S.C.No.411 of 2015, on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Khammam, whereby the appellants/accused Nos.2 and 3 were convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (for short ‘IPC’).
2. Heard learned counsel for the appellants/accused Nos.2 and 3 and Sri Arun Kumar Dodla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State. Perused the record.
3. The appellants/accused Nos.2 and 3 were tried along with accused Nos.1, and 4 to 7. The learned Sessions Judge found that only accused Nos.2 and 3 were complicit in committing the murder of the deceased. All the other accused Nos.1 and 4 to 7 were acquitted.
4. The prosecution version is that on 08.01.2015 at about 09.00 A.M., PW.1, who is the Village Revenue Officer of Maddulapalli Village, informed the police that there was an unidentified male dead body of male on the bank canal road of NSP canal. A written complaint, which
