JUDGMENT:

This Second Appeal is filed questioning the judgment and decree, dated 28.10.2024, passed by the Principal District Judge, Kamareddy, in A.S.No.04 of 2022, whereunder and whereby appeal dismissed confirming the judgment and decree, dated 03.12.2021, passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Kamareddy, in O.S.No.73 of 2014.

2. The appellants are plaintiff Nos.2 and 4, plaintiff Nos. 3, 5 and 6 did not prefer appeal and respondents are defendants, before the Trial Court. For convenience, hereinafter the parties are referred to as they are arrayed in the suit.

The brief facts of the case are that the plaintiff filed the O.S.No.73 of 2014 for specific performance of contract dated 23.12.1995 and perpetual injunction, against the defendants in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.185/15B extent Ac.0-02 gts; No.188/1E extent Ac.0-02 gts; No.188/2E extent Ac.0-04 gts; No.188/7A extent Ac. 0-06 gts; Sy.No.188/9E extent Ac.0-04 gts; Sy.No.188/10E extent Ac.0-03 gts; Sy.No.188/15B extent Ac.0-03 gts; Sy.No.188/17A/2 extent Ac.0-16 gts and Sy.No.190/11 extent Ac.0-06 gts all in total Ac.01-22 gts situated at Krishnajiwadi Village, Tadwal Mandal, Ka
