ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking following prayer:

“...declaring the action of the Respondents in interfering with the ownership possession and enjoyment of property admeasuring 1020 Sq.yards and the house bearing Municipal No.2-9-456 situated in Sy.No.97/2, Waddepalli village, Snehanagar, Hanamkonda (V), Warangal District without following due procedure of law and also without regularizing the construction of House Property admeasuring 1020 Sq.yards along with house bearing Municipal No.2-9-456 situated in Sy.No.97/2, Waddepalli Village, Snehanagar, Hanamkonda, Warangal District as being arbitrary illegal and in violation of Articles 14 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the aforementioned House property and the open land keeping in view of the orders of this Hon’ble Court in W.P.No.16179 and

19619 of 1999 dated 03.04.2000...”
