ORDER:
The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 by the petitioners/accused Nos.1, 2 and 7 seeking to quash the proceedings pending against them in C.C.No.7295 of 2020 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 498A and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to agitate all the grounds that are raised before this Court by filing discharge application before the trial Court and also dispense with the appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court.
3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed, granting liberty to the petitioners to agitate all the ground that are raised before this Court by filing discharge petition before the trial Court and also the appearance of the petitioners/accused Nos.1, 2 and 7 in C.C.No.7295 of 2020 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is dispensed with.
